Our practice has always been a privately owned dental practice and we are not affiliated with any health insurance or a third party corporate dental group. This is to ensure the treatment that we provide is not dictated by any third party policies - an important factor in the time and quality of your treatment.


What is the cost of ‘x’ treatment?

We can give you a general quote over the phone, text or email. However, due to individual treatment needs and situations, cost may vary. We believe in individualised treatment plan that's tailored to each and every one.


Am I able to make claims on the spot?

Yes, you will be able to make claims on the spot at our surgery with out Hicaps terminal. Please make sure to bring your private health insurance card to your appointment.
